Expected harvest sets the procurement and processing plan. Gate weight and quality determine accepted stock and grower settlement. Production converts that stock into batch yield, by-products and process loss. Shelf life determines allocation, while dispatch completes traceability and updates profitability. IEV keeps these stages connected, so a change in the field is visible to the plant and a change in production is visible to sales, stores and finance.
Create a complete operating record for every grower, farm and plot. Capture land area, crop history, location, banking details, supporting documents and the varieties approved for cultivation.
Define procurement contracts with acreage, expected quantity, quality specifications, rates and settlement terms. Seeds, fertilisers, pesticides, loans and other advances issued under the agreement remain linked to the grower account for later recovery.
Create crop calendars for sowing, irrigation, fertiliser application, crop protection, field inspection and harvesting. Assign planned activities to the relevant grower, plot, crop and season.
Record completed field activities, input applications, inspection observations and crop condition throughout the cultivation cycle. Updated yield estimates and harvest dates become available to procurement and processing teams as the crop develops.
Convert accepted procurement lots into production batches based on the processing plan. Assign raw material, recipes, packaging requirements, process stages and quality parameters before releasing the batch.
Record material consumption, stage output, by-products, rejection and process loss as production progresses. The finished batch retains its grower, plot and procurement-lot references while actual yield and cost are updated from recorded transactions.
Receive cleared raw material and finished batches into the assigned warehouse, cold room, rack or bin. Maintain manufacturing, packing, expiry, quality and storage-condition details at batch level.
Customer orders are allocated against released inventory using grade, location and remaining shelf life. Picking, packing, transport and dispatch records preserve the batch trail through delivery, return, shortage or claim settlement.
Manage scheduled and unscheduled crop arrivals through gate entry, vehicle registration, weighment, sampling and quality grading. Each receipt remains linked to the grower, contract, crop, plot and harvest lot.
The system calculates net accepted quantity after tare weight, rejection and quality deductions. Approved rates, charges, input recoveries and advances are then applied to generate the procurement receipt and grower settlement.
